God does not answer prayers like a waiter serving orders. God does not give us items like a vending machine.

Instead, God raises you into a higher field of energy. That “Higher Field” may or may not facilitate a better solution to your desires. Higher fields in general facilitate peace and prosperity. People who are in ‘Higher Fields’ tend to get what they want easier and in a calmer way. When people are in a ‘Higher Field’ the universe tends to hear what they ask for and give them what they want more easily. They tend to have better relationships because there is more peace inside them and there are fewer voices in their heads.

But as we are in the process of entering into a higher field, it is like the Spiritual Lights are being turned on. As the Lights are being turned on, the garbage we have inside ourselves tends to rise to the surface. The Buddhists refer to this process as “Being Tested by the Bodhisattvas”. As we rise in consciousness it is as if the universe starts testing us to see if we really are able to live at this higher spiritual altitude or if we instead arrived at this level by mistake or based on a momentary emotion.

So if praying to God has the effect of ‘turning on the Lights’ or ‘raising us to a higher field of consciousness’ and if in the process of being raised to a higher field of consciousness the garbage inside ourselves becomes more visible and the ‘demons’ inside us start acting up more, then praying to God does in time get us to a better state of life, however there may be ‘turbulence’ in the process of rising into a higher altitude.
